Q: How do I submit a Gadget Idea?

A: Found a Gadget that has the 'WOW' factor?

Simply send us an email at team@wowzonegadgets.com, or use the contact us page. Be sure to include 'Gadget Idea Request' as a header so the team knows where to direct your email to!

Q: How do I get featured?

A. Let us know if you want your products to get featured! Hit us an email at team@wowzonegadgets.com, or simply contact us via any of our social media platforms! Be sure to include how your gadget/product does, what's unique about it and what the 'WOW' factor is!

Q: My idea got featured, how do I join the WowZone Marketplace?

A. Please email us at team@wowzonegadgets.com, or simply contact us via any of our social media platforms. Our Marketplace Sales Team will reach out to you shortly and have an application for you to fill out.

Q: If I bought something, how do I check order status?

A:  Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our Vendors/or fulfillment warehouses will pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email or Social Media message of your preference. You will receive automated updates then after. To get your tracking number, simply send us a message through Facebook or email us at Team@wowzonegadgets.com and we will have it sent to you.

If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.


Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping times depends on the Vendor of your item, as well as the shipping option you select. As a rough estimate for economic shipping, allow up to a week for your order to processed, and an additional 3 days to be shipped out (priority processing available). Vendors may use fulfillment centers located around the world (local options also available depending on the vendor).

    Q: Why does Economic Shipping take longer?


    A: A lot of kickstart gadgets are exclusive, vendors have just began the manufacturing process and prices are significantly lower than market offers, since most shipments are direct from the  manufacturing warehouse to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible. If you need your item as soon as possible, we suggest selecting DHL or FedEx Express shipping options where available.

     

    Q: I ordered two products, but only received one so far... what's happening?


    A: Since we have a large assortment of products from different vendors that are not stored in the same warehouse, some products will get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.

     

    Q: Do you ship Internationally?

    A: Yes! All our market place vendors ship worldwide unless otherwise stated!


    Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?


    A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.


    Q: How do I order a Featured Gadget that I like?


    A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Buy Now' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

    Our Marketplace Gadget team is strickly enforces quality of vendors we work for, If something isn't to your liking, it isn't to our liking either! We are on your side!

    If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best consumer experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

    A: Absolutely! We always try to take the customer's side, and enforce a strict returns/refund policy for all Vendors who work with us on our marketplace!
